Space Camp!

The first part of our space expedition was the 5 hour bus ride with the joy of watching shrek on our bus in our (kind of) reclining chairs. When we got to the Jucy Snooze we got sorted into pod rooms, with each room having at least 2 keycards. Every morning we got a briefing in the lounge about what was happening that day.

We would then go on a short walk to the international Antarctic Centre and have another briefing about what we would do. The activities that we did over the entirety of Space Camp was the storm dome which got to negative 18 degrees, we met huskies and learnt about them, and we got to borrow space suits to use during the camp. Went to clip ā€˜nā€™ climb to witness 0 gravity, went on the longest zipline in NZ. We built lunar bases out of the little time and materials that were given to us. We went out to spitfire square for dinner every night.

That was what happened at Space Camp.
