At Camp on our first night we made Nachos for dinner! We got a Billy, Gas cooker and a stirring spoon. The first thing we did was put the mince in the Billy and cooked it until it was nice and brown. We then added the diced tomatoes, chili beans, onions, sweet chili sauce and nacho flavouring. After it was done we could then add sour cream, cheese and the nachos. There was also juice and when I looked around I could see everyone enjoying themselves. The nachos tasted really really good and also smelled really good. After dinner my tummy was so full.

We also got to cook Pancakes for breakfast and Burgers for our dinner on the last night. Everyone enjoyed the chance to cook together in groups using the gas camp cookers.

That was my experience of cooking at Camp Berwick.
