Te Taiopeka Whanau Hui

By Karyn Hearn | Posted: Thursday June 9, 2016

It was great to see some new faces at our hui last term. We are always keen to see new whanau and share ideas. Nau mai, haere mai!

Our hui this term is next week, Thursday 16 June 5.30pm, in our staffroom.

Some of the outcomes from Te Taiopeka in the past have been the new house groups, which have changed from being House Colours to Maori Atua. They are: Tane Mahuta, Tumataueka, Takaroa and Mahuika. Our Korowai which hangs in the foyer, the Albatross which has been printed on our kapahaka uniforms, just to name a few.

If you are wanting to be involved, please come along to our whanau hui, share ideas and initiatives, and help shape our school.
