Fees for 2019 are as follows - Our preferred payment is internet banking, however you can also pay via cash or eftpos at the school office.

School Activities/ Donation

$80 per year Tahuna has kept this at a modest level, due to the high percentage of payments from families. This cost is tax deductible. 10% discount applies if paid before 31st March 2019 (this also applies to those who set up a direct credit). This donation goes to providing resources and assets for students.

Technology & Resources

$85 per year This does not cover full costs, but goes some way towards funding the technology programme, which has a large “make and take home” component. It also includes Extra Newspapers, subscriptions and resources.

Both of these fees will be invoiced in January 2019 with subsequent invoices sent during the year.

Sports/Cultural and Academic Interests

Tahuna has a large range of clubs, teams and activities available to our students. Most extra-curricular activities will involve some level of financial contribution; below are some examples of our most popular.

Automatic Payments/School Accounts

Many families have school accounts set up in their child’s name. Accounts are a great way to budget and to spread costs across the year.

School accounts can be used to pay for most charges including fees, activities, sports teams, music lessons and stationery.

Account balances are available at any time by contacting the school office. A statement of account will also be issued each term.

If you are interested in setting up an account with the school, please contact the school office for an automatic payment form or set up an account with your bank with payment to the Tahuna Normal Intermediate Bank Account No. 06 0901 0368945 00. Please use your child’s name as a reference.
