Red Velvet Cake

   Ingredients

-2 cups all purpose flour

-¼ cup cocoa powder

-¼ teaspoon baking soda

-½ teaspoon of salt

-150 grams butter

-2 cups sugar

-3 eggs

-2 teaspoons vanilla extract

-1 cup sour cream

-½ cup milk

-1 ½ tablespoons red food colouring

   STEPS

1. preheat the oven to 180

degrees

2. in a medium bowl whisk

together the flour, cocoa,

baking soda and salt

3. in a large bowl with a

electric mixer, beat the

butter until creamy add

the sugar and beat until

light and fluffy, (3 to 5min)

4. in a small bowl whisk Together

The eggs and vanilla. In another small

bowl whisk together the sour cream

And milk, then pour egg mixture into the

Butter-sugar mixture and beat for 2 minutes

5. On a low speed, adding the flour

Mixture and the sour cream to the butter-egg

mixture Adding the food colouring with the

Egg and vanilla

6. grease a cake pan and pour the cake

Batter into it bake for 25-30 minutes

Then put on a drying rack to cool.
