Otago Museum and Uni Physics Dept..

On the 11th of June, Room 19 and 19A Otago museum and Physics University.

At the Museum we got to do fun things like look at the tornado machine, earthquake machine, and flood recreation. We discussed climate change and came up with ideas for how we can help our environment. Our ideas included big ones like reducing fossil fuels and smaller changes we could do to help like not using so much wrapping in our lunch boxes.

We had two sessions at the Physics department where we looked at circuits and light boxes followed by making planets and exploring graphs using a motion sensor.

Our favourite activity from our trip was using the vandagraph which created some very funky hairstyles using electricity.  Some were more outstanding than others!
