Berwick Gutbuster- BUSTED

By Zayn Watson

On the last day at camp Berwick we did this thing called the gut-buster. We got up early in the morning and meet at the flagpole. Mr Phillips told the class what to do for the gut-buster. It sounded like so fun, then we finally got to do it. There were 4 logs 5 people picked up a log together and had to carry it any way possible. We started by jogging down a little hill, round a pole then we came to a ditch. We had to carry the log through the ditch. When we got out we jogged through a path went round a tree then we came to a cargo net. We all had to crawl under with the log. After we managed to get out we jogged to the mud puddles there were three of them. The biggest one (the third one) was hard, slippery and deep. Then we got out and ran to the bridge around the flagpole and got sprayed with a fire hose. We had to do that that another 2 times. Our team worked really well together and at the end of it we won! That was just one of my many highlights from Camp Berwick.
