Kristy McBride

Kristy McBride - Specialist Teacher

Kristy has keen interest in sport and physical activity. Kristy has a passion for teaching writing and learning through inquiry.  She is the Year 7 Lead teacher in Mathematics, co-runs the wearable arts’ elective and has been a Year 7 & 8 team leader.  One of Kristy’s highlights each year is camp. This allows precious time for both her and the class to come together and get to know one another through a wide variety of positive outdoor experiences working on team building and independence. Kristy is passionate about facilitating learning through student voice and loves teaching students of this age because of the energy, enthusiasm and personality they bring to the classroom.
