Room 20 students prepare for the Calligraphy Competition.

Room 20 students enjoy some practise with the Calligraphy brushes in Mandarin this week.

Many students were given the opportunity to enter a Calligraphy Competition. Their work along with the entry form will be sent away. We eagerly await to see if anyone wins a prize.

The class found learning Calligraphy a lot of fun. The technique was easy to master once you got the hang of it. The main differences are the way you hold the brush, the pressure you apply, and the order of the strokes.
