Wearable Arts Elective

This term I am doing Wearable Arts for Friday electives. We are working towards putting on a show with our creations. Working with a partner we are using recycled materials sourced from home and school.

Elsha and Tehya:

Our dress is very unique. We have based our creation on “The queen of cards” from Alice in wonderland. The dress base is an old dress which we are connecting to a pair of overalls and we are working to layer playing cards onto it. We also have clubs, hearts, spades and diamond magnet shapes which we are adding to the top of the overalls. We have been working hard and can’t wait to see the outcome.
