Southern Football visits Tahuna.
Female Development Officer Grace Teah takes Football training. A big thanks to Grace for offering to ref our Tahuna girls vs Balmacewen Intermediate game.
The girls at Tahuna wanting to improve their football skills are lucky enough to have training sessions from Southern Football Female Development Officer Grace Teah.
They have had their first game under their belt with a win against Balmacewen Intermediate 2-0. At half time it was 0-0 in the second half the goal scorers where Charlotte Evans and Ciara Mouat.
It was good to see the simple things go well, meeting the ball, looking up to pass and creating options. Most of all it was a team effort in defence right up to the attack. They are a great bunch of girls who are keen to learn and enjoy their football.
