WATER BOX DONATION

Last week, a water box was donated to the school from the company Stantec, for our ongoing Y8 interest in our local Tahuna waste treatment plant.

John McAndrew, a Chemical Engineer and Fiona Turner, a representative from the DCC made the formal presentation to Room 4 and many of the experiments were carried out.  These were centred around water, its properties and importance in our environment to sustain life on our planet.  This gesture was most appreciated.
