Hard Materials - Carving & Coasters

Year Seven students are currently working with MDF and Acrylic Plastics to experience using Vee Chisels and to make their own coasters.

Damian Ioane from Room 6 is using a mallet to strike his Vee Chisel during his Hard Materials class.

Magic Chirside from Room 14 has done a cool carving of a landscape.

Awesome stuff.

We have integrated the two main materials used in our first two units to combine them using different processes in this third project.
