"Mirror, Mirror, on wall..."

A Fantastic New Addition to Our Performing Arts Room!

We are thrilled to share some exciting news! This term, we were incredibly fortunate to have brand-new mirrors installed, and they are already making a huge difference for our students.

The mirrors have quickly become a valuable resource, allowing students to observe, refine, and build confidence in their performances. Our aerobic athletes made great use of them as they prepared for the Kickstart event, while students in Rooms 3 and 5 were able to perfect their poi routines ahead of our wonderful Matariki evening celebrations.

The mirrors have also been an invaluable tool for our three Tahuna hip hop crews. They have spent time fine-tuning their routines, critiquing their performances, and working together to prepare for the Regional Hip Hop Competition in Invercargill during the holidays.

We are so grateful to have this fantastic new resource at Tahuna Normal Intermediate. We can't wait to see the many ways our students continue to benefit from it as they grow in confidence, creativity, and performance skills.
