Year 7 News

Congratulations to all our Year 7 students.

Who can believe that eleven months ago we were welcoming our Year 7 students into the school as the new teina and the Year 8's moved across the hall to become tuakana, what a fabulously supportive year our tuakana have given our 7's, as they have helped guide, support and teach. Last week we held our haka competition and it was amazing to see the Year 7's up there performing and the Year 8's giving advice and support one last time. Congratulations to all the Year 7's who performed last week and well done to our noticeable new leaders who are ready to become the new Year 8 tuakana.

We finished off our year with a Year 7 Fun Day trip to Moana pool before coming back to school for the Year 7 top class. A great day was had by all.

On behalf of all the Year 7 teachers, I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you for all your support with our camps, swimming,  class trips, and other extracurricular activities. Without you, we wouldn't be able to provide these opportunities for the students.
