Their authentic pride and visible enthusiasm were truly captivating, making yet another successful show of Tahuna on stage at Otago Polyfest.

The exceptional energy and stage presence demonstrated by our Toa Pasifika performance group and Taiopeka group at Polyfest are a direct testament to the tireless dedication, time, and commitment of our tutors.

Preparing for a stage of Polyfest's scale requires far more than just teaching choreography and songs; it demands an unwavering investment in honing technique, perfecting every uniform detail, and instilling deep cultural pride and discipline in our performers. Week after week, after school practices and throughout some weekends, our tutors gave their energy and heart to ensure every action, beat, and transition reflected absolute excellence.

Their passionate leadership and willingness to go well beyond standard expectations not only elevated the groups to a truly professional standard, but also created an empowering, uplifting space where our students could proudly shine on stage.
