Three students from Rm 16 have done well in the U13 South Island Tournament!

In the second week of the holidays we competed in the South Island tournament. Asha and Sophia were the top scorers for their team. Asha Robinson and Sophia Tutty made the U13 girls B grade tournament team. Noah McDowall made the U13  Boys A grade tournament team.  We stayed at the Southland Boys Hostel.  We travelled up on the Monday and came back Friday night. We all played five pool games. The girls won 4 out of 5 games and won the semi but sadly lost to Canterbury in the final. The boys team won 4 pool games out of 5 but didn't have a semi final so they went straight to the finals.  But again sadly they lost the final to Canterbury.
