Tahuna competes in the South Island Water Polo Festival!
The Tahuna Kingfish had a big three days down at Moana Pool 🐟
We entered a team in the South Island Water Polo Festival and it was a huge amount of fun!
There were teams from all over the South Island and the competition was really fierce.
We placed 4th in our grade and played with real passion, courage and pride!
Many in the team learnt so much about the game, strategy and tactics. It was such a great experience for everyone and hopefully the year sevens in the team are keen to come back next year and give it another go.
A HUGE thank you to Gregor Watts, (coaching) Austin Fuller (coaching), Mel Fuller (for the training leading up to this event) and all the parents for their support - a real team effort!
