Tahuna Current Event squads clean up at Otago Competition

Tahuna had another successful night at the annual Extra Current Events Competition with a 2nd and 3rd place!

On Wednesday 4th September 6 Tahuna teams of 3 competed in the Extra Current Events Competition.

After some really tricky questions and some intense competition we were excited to have Tahuna 1 sitting at 2nd place at the end of round 8. It was then an amazing surprise that at the final tally Tahuna 4 - Finn Hibbert, Emily Hewson and Heather Lawrence came 2nd (only 3 points behind 1st place) and Tahuna 1 - Riley Thompson, Jemma Gray and Hasan Sheikh came third.

After checking the final results all 6 Tahuna crews placed in the top 14 of the 55 crews in attendance - an awesome effort.
