Homestay Families needed for our Sister School - we need your help urgently.

We are urgently seeking homestay families for 8 nights from August 9th until August 17th 2023. If you are able to host 2 students from our sister school. Please contact Tahuna directly or courtneylousley@tahuna.school.nz

Aiju Primary will be coming to Tahuna on Wednesday 9th August until Thursday 17th August this year. There will be 22 students coming to our school to participate in a school exchange experience. This is a very short term stay.

It has been a number of years since we last had students from China in our school and we are excited to welcome them back. Pre covid we had multiple groups visiting from China and also Tahuna students travelled to China in 2018 and 2019 for a trip of a lifetime.

Each homestay family will host 2 students for the duration of the stay and will be paid $360per student for the week. That is $720 for hosting for 8 nights.

There is a limited number of homestay required - we will need 11 host families for the 22 students.
