Term 1 Waterpolo
Last term we had two Waterpolo teams representing Tahuna.
Tahuna White and Tahuna Orange both played in the Otago Intermediate competition last term every Thursday night. It was great to see so many newcomers this term and giving a new sport a go. It's a very challenging sport - treading water for 20 minutes is not an easy gig!
A big congratulations to Tahuna Orange who won their novice grade, beating Balmac in an epic 6-5 final. Nearly everyone in this team had never played Waterpolo before as well! What an awesome achievement.
