Hands On Maths Is Fun!!

During the last few weeks we have been learning about length, area, perimetre, volume and capacity. Each day we had a variety of activities to work through. We could choose which one we did and sometimes we had to work with the teachers. This is important in our lives because when we are older we might be in jobs that use these things such as, an architect, a tree logger or a scientist. This could also be handy if we were moving into another house when you have to measure something like drawers or a bed to see if it will fit. What we learnt are all important life skills and I am glad I had the chance to learn them.
