Our shared lunch to celebrate the end of Term Two

Friday on the last day of term Room Six did a shared lunch. A few days before the shared lunch Mr Min told the class who was bringing sweet or savoury food for the lunch based on their birthdays. On the day of the shared lunch most of the children in the classroom brought food to share. We gathered around a table to share kai together to celebrate the end of term 2!
Mr Min brought out a pavlova for us to share. It was so yummy, but unfortunately not everyone got a piece..... maybe next time.
We sat with each other and our friends and enjoyed the special moment.
I think it was special because it was our first ever shared lunch together in Rūma Ono.
