Our 1st Tech week - by Jack

This week, the Year 7 students had a tech week, this means that every morning or after lunch students went to their assigned tech rooms. 

Some students made their own keychain, Joshua said “They were awesome!” Some students made cardboard towers out of cardboard, sellotape and more. Some students had art, in which they had made a koru. Other students made pizza dough on their first day, finished their pizzas on the second day and on the third day made pancakes which were quite tasty. 

This is our 1st proper tech week, for the next two tech weeks we will stay in our same classes before we rotate to the next one. Overall, the kids seemed to really love what they had made and can’t wait for more.
