Please use the links below to fill out the the Tahuna Sports Code of Conduct, Student BYOD Agreement, and Digital Citizenship Policy forms.

If your child is participating in any Tahuna sports this year, please fill in theTahuna Sports Code of Conduct
If your child is bringing their own device to Tahuna this year, please fill in the Student BYOD Agreement
The Digital Citizenship Policy for Tahuna Normal Intermediate School needs to be filled out for all Tahuna students
