8A Netball Team's @ Steel Game.
Our 8A netball team were given the awesome opportunity to compete against Twizel School at halftime of the Steel vs Stars game on the 19th June.
Although there were definitely a few nerves the team played great and were victors, 6-1. They played in front of a crowd of nearly 2000 people and it was a great chance to get up close to a professional sports team. Each student was given a free ticket to the game, for some the first time they'd watched the Steel live!
