Polyfest - 2022
Tahuna was represented exceptionally well by both our Taiopeka and Pasifika performance groups at Otago Polyfest.
All that hard work paid off for both groups. Taiopeka was slick, well polished and charismatic. Pasifika was enthusiastic, full of energy and vibrant.
A huge thank you to our tutors Sandra Mata'afa and Sellina Sa'u (Pasifika) and Matua Manuel (Taiopeka). To Eb Paia our multi-tasking caretaker for his support with both groups (guitar & drumming). Teira Dean for drumming for Pasifika and to all the staff who helped with costumes, and rehearsals and supported in many different ways - THANK YOU.
Most importantly a BIG thank you to all of our students who took the stage, you did Tahuna proud and represented our school exceptionally well.
