Local Grom's Shred At Colac Bay Surf Champs!

1st and 2nd place for local surfers, Luke Rogers and Oscar Cameron from Room 16!

Two weeks ago we participated in a surf comp at Colac Bay. This involved people from all over the South Island. We both competed in the under 12 grade carving up mean as waves.  Luke took out 1st place by catching and riding around about a 25sec wave,  followed closely by Oscar managing to stay up for 15 seconds taking out 2nd place!

Luke also competed in The Kakanui Surf Champs taking out 2nd place in U12's and 2nd place in U14's!

Luke also took out 1st place in The Otago Champs at Aramoana and Oscar was placed 3rd.
