'Toy Story' Year 7 Textiles Technology

The silence of concentration and the whir of sewing machines...Year 7 students began their first sessions in Textiles Technology this week.

Students have been learning how the sewing machine operates and then a chance to 'drive' the machines and pass their licence. Their task is to select a stakeholder and then design and construct a soft toy. There are some amazing final design sketches so we look forward to seeing the finished products!
