Makey-Makey upskilling and Mahi on our Kaitiaki Projects in Room 11
Here are some images of the tamariki in action with Mr CB, learning how to use the makey makeys to program actions in a game. Some students will use this knowledge in their own Kaitiaki Projects!
Room 11 students are hard at work, painting, sketching, building, gluing and researching to bring together exciting exhibits for the Kaitaki Unit. There are not many tidy classroom floors! It is brilliant to see students working together, focussed and excited by the mahi they are doing. Many have organised field trips to local museums and locations to get additional information, photos and interview local people. It is certainly a rewarding journey!
