DCC Bike Light Initiative at Tahuna

We are very lucky to have been offered the opportunity to take part in the Dunedin City Council Bike Light Initiative.

Next Tuesday, 28th April, representatives from DCC, AA, and the Police will be at school fitting new bike lights to the bikes of students who ride to school.

We encourage all students who ride their bikes to school—whether regularly or occasionally—to bring their bikes along that day so they can take part and receive a set of new lights.

If your child would like to take part they need to bring their bike and helmet to school on Tuesday.
