Hi, I'm Brooke Wilson. I have been doing Aerobics for 7 years and I really enjoy it. This year I won first place at Regionals and the competition was at Kavanagh College. Nationals were meant to be in Wellington this year, It would have been my second year travelling there for Aerobics but was cancelled due to Covid 19. Therefore our dances had to be professionally filmed in a hall. We had one chance like a normal competition and we only found out our results a week later over a live stream. I claimed the National Title for the Intermediate Individual along with an award with the most technical routine . For my technical award I got a giant glass trophy with a spot to engrave my name and a big silver trophy that was the 1st place National Winner. I'm very proud of my achievements this year and I hope I can hold my title for next year.

On Saturday the 6th of November, Everyone in Otago that got into Nationals from Regionals all performed at Otago Girls Gymnasium. It was videoed by a videographer and sent to the judges to judge the routine, this was due to COVID. Unfortunately the people in Auckland were unable to compete. After the videos got judged, they were put into a movie and everyone got to watch it and everyone else's performances. It started around 10am and finished at about 3.55pm. It was a great experience and I can't wait to do it again!
