Metro Rippa Rugby 2023

On Wednesday the 31st of may we had two teams from Tahuna attend the Otago Rugby Metro Rippa Day. It was a good day out for those involved, both of our teams did very well.

The Tornados played high energy and fast paced Rippa Rugby. Unfortunately Taieri piped them for the win in the very last play knocking them out of a finals opportunity.

The Twisters fought their way to the year 7&8 final. The Final ran down to the wire, with both teams going point for point. Balmac managed to sneak the win, leaving the twisters the runners up for 2023.
