Oamaru Intermediate sports exchange positive results with football.

This year Tahuna hosted the sports exchange with Oamaru Intermediate. With football being a winter sport, we expected cool conditions. Thanks to our sports co-ordinator Eilis for booking the turf to play football on, as ground conditions were not flash.

Our back line was very solid, showing that they were very composed on the ball. Midfield let the ball do the work while the strikers pressed high. Oamaru had a confident goal keeper who worked hard to keep them in the game. It is always good to see the players showing school values and representing Tahuna with pride. Well done team!
