Matariki Community Celebration."Poipoia te kākano kia puāwai" – Nurture the seed and it will grow.

One of the best parts of our community is the opportunity to connect outside of our usual kura routines. We are excited to extend a special invitation to our Māori whānau to join Tahuna tamariki and kaiako tomorrow evening as we celebrate Matariki.

Join us in celebrating the variety of mahi our tamariki have designed and created to share with our community.

Event Summary at a Glance:

• When: Wednesday 1st July

• Time: Please arrive by 5:50pm for a sharp 6:00pm start

• Where: Te Toroa (Outdoor Covered Sports Area)

• What to bring: Layers, warm coats, and your wonderful support for our tamariki.

Following our opening performance and showcase, we invite you all to stay, mingle, and share a warm meal together.

This evening is a beautiful opportunity for us to come together as a whānau, reflect on the hard work of our students, and celebrate the bright future they are building. We are so incredibly proud of what they have achieved, and we cannot wait to share it with you.
