Year 6 Extension Science

Last week our Year 6's completed a series of experiments.

Some of our Room 12 students helped out in Year 6 extension science. We had 4 rotations set up, the students worked on,

- Brain Box: a fun and engaging circuit box, where the students put together circuits to make sound, light and fans.

- Milk vs Detergent: see what happens when you mix milk and food colouring with detergent! We focused on which milk produced more of a reaction.

- Lava Lamps: We made our own lava lamps using oil, water, food colouring and boost tablets!

- Density: The last experiment mixed density with Zombies! We had to find the right combination of liquids to produce a cure for a Zombie bite.
