Year 7 News

Year 7's are gearing up for Matariki evening.

On July 1st, the Year 7 classes will be hosting the Musselburgh School Junior classes. The children will be coming to have a go at each class's Matariki interactive workshop. There will be Poi, Tukutuku, VR, Stop-motion, visual arts, and much more.

The Year 7 children have been working through the PBL design process, critiquing and refining their ideas to ensure the younger students will gain success as they share and celebrate Matariki with them.

Check out some of the great design processes the classes have gone through as they refine their ideas into prototypes.

The Year 7's also look forward to hosting the wider community at our Matariki evening on July 1st.

As the term draws to an end, well done to all the Year 7's on a successful first half of the Year. It has been great to see so many students succeeding both in and out of school this term as they pursue their interests and hobbies.
