My Inspiration
I don't know what my life will look like in ten years time but for now....... I want to help others achieve their goals.....to be that person who encourages and maybe inspires them to reach their dreams.
Where does all this start? At home. My mother and father want me to be the best that I can be. I always look up to them and want to impress them as well. They are my inspiration. They tell me to never give up and have a go at everything. Then there are the little chats that we have, this is when I tell them what I have been doing well. They praise me, but also they tell me how I can improve and do better.
At school I am happy and feel safe because I have friends who support and encourage me. Just like my parents, they show me how I can do better. They are always there when I need them and that makes me want to do more for them. So as you can see that while I'm not too sure what my life will look like there are a lot of people who I can look to.
One of them is teachers, they always want to help children and show them that they can do great things. They may push us at times, but they do it because they care. They give us rewards when we do well which makes us want to do more to please them. Another profession is medical care. They strive to help and spare the lives of many. They care and want to make the sick feel better. They are so good that statistics have revealed that they are amongst the most trusted organisation in New Zealand. They seem to understand how we feel and I admire that.
The last profession I would like to mention is St John's. Whenever there is a disaster they are always ready to help. If people's houses have been destroyed, they restore them. If people have run out of food St Johns will comfort them and are keen to provide. In the beginning I made a comment about not knowing what to do when I grow up, but right now, that doesn't really matter. I'm happy being me and working hard to inspire.
