Gregor the Spelling Bee

  On Thursday 3rd June, five teams of three people competed in the South Island Extra spelling quiz. 

In previous years the competition was held at Tahuna Normal Intermediate, though this year it was held online on Education Perfect.

 As a result, the competition was open to the whole of the south island. 142 year 5&6 teams  and 202 year 7&8 teams.

Many Tahuna teams placed in the top 50 but Gregors team places 1st!!
