Rock Climbing at Logan Park

Room 9 enjoy Rock Climbing at Logan Park.

On Tuesday 16th of August, Room 9 traveled to Logan Park to participate in Rock Climbing. 

The students were put into groups and worked together to learn the necessary skills for rock climbing in preparation for their visit to Long Beach in Term 4.
Some of the skills they learned were how to tie a 10 figure knot necessary for rock climbing, how to belay a person climbing, and how to act as the anchor. All necessary skills for rock climbing at Long Beach.

The students worked really well as a team encouraging each other to challenge themselves. 

We cannot wait until Long Beach!
