Maori Extension Elective

A small group of students elected into Maori Extension learn Mihi, Flax-weaving and Raakau.

Article 1

In Maori extension we have learnt a short mihi, and karakia. We are working on a performance with Ngaa Raakau to the Waiata 'E Papa Wai Ari'.  We are hoping to work with a class from a local primary school to share what we have learned.

Aritcle 2

Today in Maori Extension we worked with the Geology Elective. We shared our short performance and taught the group a mihi. It was awesome to hear our visitors sharing their mihi.
