Swimming Success

Madi Wills achieved national recognition at the recent NZ Champs. She won a Gold and a Bronze. A number of students also participated in the South Island Town and Country meet in Ashburton.

Madi was first in the 200m Breaststroke and third in the 100m breaststroke at the Junior Nationals in Auckland that were held at the Sir Peter Owen Glen Pool. She also achieved four other top 10 placings. This event is by qualification only and only seven others from Dunedin managed to do so. Well done Madi!

Charlotte Underwood - Nicol had a successful weekend at South Island Town and Country Swim Meet in Ashburton getting seven top three placings then a further three fourths. Meg Sayers and Emma Herbert also competed gaining personal bests.
