Berwick Gutbuster
The Final Camp Challenge.
The Fantastic but Muddy Gutbuster
It was sadly the last day of camp. The really awesome thing is that we had to do a Gutbuster. Everyone was like “What is a Gutbuster.” “Well a Gutbuster is a obstacle that involves mud!” And everyone said “Okay.” We all got into four teams two were non competitive and the other two were competitive. I was in the non competitive and the two non competitive teams only had to do three laps and the other two teams had to do four laps. So we got into some clothes that would get dirty. The obstacle actually looked really fun. What we had to do was to go around a pole, over this steep ditch, around a circle, under a really sore net, through two little muddy puddles, then a big and deep puddle ,around another pole, over the little bridge, around the tall flag pole, which looked as tall as a giraffe, then to the finish line and we had to do all this while hold carrying a heavy log for all three laps which wasn't to hard but definitely challenging.
When we would cross the finish line we would get squirted with water from the fire hose.
And practically everyone screamed. Well it was the only way to get cleaned but then we went for a shower and a yummy hot breakfast. The Berwick Gutbuster was AWESOME.
