Casual Friday tomorrow to support the annual Octacan Appeal - this Friday!

All students are asked to bring a can or other non-perishable food item on or before this Friday.

Following on from an amazing effort for the 2026 40 Hour Challenge, we now turn our minds to our local community.

After a break of several years, we are once again supporting the Octacan Appeal. If they are able to, all students are asked to bring one (or more) items to support this year's Appeal.

Octacan is an annual food drive run by Presbyterian Support Otago to restock the Family Works Food Bank — Dunedin’s largest — just when it’s needed most, during the coldest months of the year.

This is a chance for our school community to make a real difference for local families doing it tough.

Please note: Although Casual Fridays are non-uniform days, students are reminded to remember their sports gear for any trainings and matches during and after school.
