It's time to get your children involved in music at Tahuna. We have a variety of music opportunities ready for our students to take up.
Hello, my name is Anthony Breese and I have the pleasure of teaching the students at Tahuna Intermediate music this year. I have a background in guitar, singing, songwriting, audio engineering and musical theatre and I look forward to passing on some of those skills.
If your child already plays and is learning a musical instrument, there is the possibility of them playing in a music group. I am starting the year off auditioning for a School Rock Band which will take place over the coming weeks. There will also be a choir and the possibility of an orchestra, depending on the abilities of the children. Other groups will pop up as the year progresses.
If your child wants to learn a musical instrument this year, we have a variety of itinerant music teachers ready to take your children. Please fill in the online form and a music teacher will contact you directly.
