Year 8 Food Technology

Students this week have been given the design brief of designing finger food products suitable to serve at the Tahuna Arts Evening.

Students have designed products, carefully planned recipes, filled in grocery order forms and most importantly trialled making their products. Students have carried out peer sensory evaluation (taste testing) and then voted on products in order to assist in the menu creation. Dumplings, tarts, spring rolls, mini apple pies and fudge just to name a few.
