Basketball Draw and Teams for 2025
Please find the teams, important information and the draw for games starting this Monday, 5 May.
Action Points
All players must come to the hall at morning tea on Monday for a meeting to check if we have enough players.
Attend practice on Monday lunchtime for Year 7 girls and Tuesday for Year 8 girls. Wednesday is Year 8 Boys and Thursday is Year 7 Boys
All games are played at the Edgar Centre
You must wear school PE shorts and running shoes. No Trackpants. All players need a mouthguard
A huge thank you to our parent coaches and Courtney Lousley, who have volunteered to coach this year. We have also been very lucky to secure the services of three coaches from the Otago Polytec sports programme. With such huge numbers, we couldn't do this without you. I need one more coach for the Heat so please reach out if you are able to help. Practices are all covered by the school, we just need someone at the game for 30 mins to run subs and encourage the kids.
Uniforms will be issued on Friday and Monday at morning tea in the hall .

In preparation for our upcoming U14 representative trials, we are offering the opportunity for players born in 2012 and 2013 to come and train with our rep coaches to prepare for the trials.
