Year 7's

A successful term for all Year 7 students.

Congratulations to all our Year 7s on a successful and productive first term. The Year 7's have embraced the opportunities on offer, and it has been pleasing to see so many Year 7's involved in volleyball, futsal, touch, water polo, the Otago Swimming Champs, lit quiz, EPRO8, aerobics, hip hop, Friday dance, orchestra, and bucket drumming. The success of our sports teams, EPRO8, Lit quiz and undoubtedly the Arts evening are attributed to the commitment and passion the Year 7's have brought to Tahuna.

This week, many of the Year 7 classes finished off their Escape rooms, testing these on other classes. It was great to see the detail and changes the students made as they worked on their puzzles, ciphers and codes to challenge their peers.

Once again, thank you to all the parents who accompanied us to camp or have taken a sports team. We appreciate the support, time and dedication you have had for our students.
