Maths Mapping in Room 13
By Sally Rawson and Madeline Henderson
On the 13th of March our class got into partners and went outside and made a map using non standard units (sticks, paces) etc. We made clues out of coloured card to help people find where the destination was. We put the the clues in our maths book. And when we had finished we gave our book to somebody else and they tried to find where the finish was. Then we had to do the same thing with the other persons maths book and clues. We spent a long time on this and we had a lot of fun doing this map and my partner was Kaila and Madi’s partner was Asha.
