SCHOOL MUFTI DAY GOES TO A WORTHY CAUSE

On Friday, 29th of March, students voiced their desire to do something practical to assist the families of victims and survivors of the devastating Mosque attack in Christchurch.

At the School Council meeting, it was voted that 3/4 of money raised went to Christchurch and the remaining 1/4 be used as a show of support to our local Muslim community.  A payment of 270.00  to the Otago Muslim Association and 802.00 to the Christchurch Appeal was given on behalf of the school.
